Strict control and core requirements of golf bag production quality
As a core tool for carrying professional equipment and accompanying golfers on the course, the quality of golf bags is directly related to the user experience and brand reputation. In the production process, we aim at "zero defects, high durability, and fine details", and build a full-process, multi-dimensional quality control system from raw material access to finished product delivery to ensure that each ball bag can withstand the test of harsh environment and long-term use.

Raw material access: source control, build a solid foundation for quality
All raw materials entering the production line must pass strict testing and establish a "traceable" access mechanism.
Fabric performance testing: The outer fabric needs to meet the waterproof level ≥800mmH₂O, tear strength ≥80N, wear resistance ≥5000rpm (Martindale method) and other indicators; The lining material needs to be scratch-resistant, low formaldehyde release (in line with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 environmental protection standard) and other characteristics. Each batch of fabric needs to provide an SGS test report and conduct warehousing sampling and re-inspection.
Accessory compliance verification: the zipper needs to pass 5000 opening and closing tests without stuck and tooth loss; The aluminum alloy bracket needs to meet the 6061 aviation grade standard, the wall thickness error is ≤± 0.1mm, and the load-bearing test needs to be ≥ 50kg; The wheel set needs to pass the continuous rolling test of 10 kilometers without wear and noise; The sewing thread needs to be made of high-strength polyester thread, with a breaking strength of ≥ 2000g.
Environmental protection and safety standards: All materials must comply with international environmental protection regulations such as REACH and RoHS, and the use of azo dyes and heavy metals exceeding the standard is prohibited to ensure that the product is harmless to users and the environment.

Production process control: Precise execution to ensure process consistency
In the production process, through standardized operation and real-time monitoring, quality requirements are integrated into each process.
Cutting accuracy management: The computerized cutting machine needs to ensure that the size error of the cutting piece is ≤± 1mm, and symmetrical parts (such as both sides of the rod barrel and strap connecting pieces) need to be paired and checked to avoid sewing misalignment caused by cutting deviation. The edges of the cut pieces should be smooth and burr-free to prevent the fabric from defilmenting in subsequent use.
Sewing process specifications: the sewing stitches should be uniform and flat, the stitch spacing density should be controlled at 12-14 stitches/3cm, and the key stressed parts (such as the connection of the handle and strap) should be reinforced with double threads or triangular needle return technology to ensure that the tensile strength ≥ 30kg. The stitch and the color of the fabric need to be matched, and the color difference level ≥ level 4 (GB/T 250 standard).
Hot pressing and molding quality: The hot pressing process requires strict control of temperature (120-150°C), pressure (0.6-0.8MPa), and time (30-60 seconds) to ensure that the fabric and the inner lining are perfectly fitted, without bubbles and wrinkles. The formed rod barrel should be rounded and smooth, with a diameter error of ≤± 2mm, and the bottom support plate should be fully embedded without warping and deformation.
Accessories assembly accuracy: the wheel set installation should ensure flexible rotation, no shaking, and the axis deviation ≤ 0.5mm; the zipper bag opening should be smooth and free of jamming, and the zipper head should be equipped with an anti-falling design; the handle should pass 10,000 lifting tests without breakage; the strap adjustment buckle should be smooth and reliable.


Final inspection of finished products: all-round verification to ensure delivery quality
Each ball bag must pass a rigorous finished product inspection before packaging, covering three dimensions: function, appearance and durability.
Functional test: The barrel should be able to easily accommodate 14 standard clubs, and the inner partition should not be deformed; The storage bag should be opened and closed smoothly, and the items should be easily accessed and placed; The wheel set needs to be continuously implemented without lag on a ramp with an inclination of 15°; The adjustable strap needs to be balanced and stable at different lengths.
Appearance quality standards: the surface should be free of stains, scratches, and color differences, and the stitches should be free of skipping needles and floating lines; The hardware needs to be bright and rust-free and burr-free; The brand logo (embroidery, printing) should be clear and complete, with a position deviation of ≤ 1mm.
Durability reinforcement inspection: randomly selected samples for "simulated use test": after loading 20kg counterweight, it fell freely from a height of 50cm 3 times, checked the deformation of the rod barrel ≤ 3mm, and the accessories did not fall off; simulate the rainstorm environment (rainfall 100mm/h) for 30 minutes in the rain test box to check that there is no water seepage inside; The wheel set has no wear and no abnormal noise after rolling for 5 kilometers continuously.

Quality traceability and continuous improvement
Establish a whole process quality file, and each ball bag is equipped with a unique traceability code to record raw material batches, production machines, quality inspectors and other information. For quality problems reported by customers, start traceability analysis within 48 hours and propose improvement plans within 7 days. Conduct monthly quality data review, and conduct special optimization for key indicators such as "sewing defect rate" and "accessory failure rate" to ensure that the product qualification rate is stable ≥ 99.5%.
